We hired Rob in 2006 to complete a porch and deck for us. The project was huge but done within the four weeks it was promised. His staff started by 8am and stayed at least 9 hours daily. Rob came by often but also has full confidence in his staff–including his great electrician John–and they are all as friendly and professional as Rob. The most impressive quality Booher portrays is their pride in their work. When asked for Rob’s ideas he gave a couple ideas and told us the pros and cons of both and let us decide. We had a hard time deciding the materials for the inside of the porch and so we asked Rob to do what he thought looked best; the results are amazing (the white porch is on his site). Due to Rob’s attention to detail and pride in his work he is also completing a rehab project on an out-of-area condo for us. We interviewed other contractors and realized we would have to run to the condo every weekend to check on their work. We called Rob and he accepted the project. We know Rob is pickier than we are and we have not gone to check on the status of the project once. We told him the things that were important to us and let him use his discretion on the rest. In the spring of 2003 we asked Rob to build an 18’x18′ room addition for us. He was very professional in initiating and completing the contracted project. We were interested in completing a small portion of the project ourselves and Rob was very cooperative in working with us. In the late summer of 2007, Rob and his crew built us a beautiful outdoor living space over-top of one half of our existing patio. He always made time to discuss what he was doing, and his crew demonstrated that they enjoy their job. They worked skillfully every day, and the project lasted roughly two weeks. They were here every day during that period (M-F of course). We’ve had experiences with other contractors in the past who show up at your home to start your project, and then leave it half done while they go start someone else’s, leaving things in quite a disarray. We would like to thank Booher Building & Remodeling Company for a job well done on our whole house siding, window wraps and downspouts. We would rate the job 5 stars. The best part of the job was the crew. Out of a possible 5 stars we give them a 6, they were working in 95 degree temps and were always very courteous and concerned about doing the job right. They arrived early and stayed late and got the job done. There are several crews working in our area but the neighbors were asking us about the company for which “our guys” were working because they were impressed with their work ethic.
