What some might call an “agrestic” color palette, we call comfortable. The feeling you get from this warm brown, green, and golden yellow color palette is that of eating that homemade pot roast and mashed potatoes at Grandma’s house. It’s everything you might expect from your favorite comfort foods, but in wall-color form. So explore your country side, and enjoy this warm and inviting color scheme.
Savory
Think chocolate brown meets tart
daiquiri green, with a few bright colors thrown in. This color trend for 2018 reminds us of key lime pie or some of our favorite desserts, which done right is quite fun, upbeat, and inviting.
Ethnic Chic
If you’re thinking you’d like to go really bold, think rich purples mixed with soft yellows and grays, maybe with even a little bit of burnt orange, royal blue, or dark brown thrown in. You may not decide to use every color in this palette, but play around with them to find a rich, vibrant kitchen color combo you’ll love.
